Fun Summer Exercise's

Here are some fun exercises that you can do to stay fit this summer:
1. Walk your dog
2. Go Swimming
3. Walk to the park and have a picnic
4. Play frisbee, softball, volleyball or kickball with friends
5. Go jogging
6. Take a walk in the evening with family or friends
7. Go fishing
8. Rollerblading
9. Have a neighborhood game of baseball
10. Go for a bikeride
